Jamie Young (from Airport Fieldwork Crews) had her baby!

Hola all from Ketchikan! Several of you know me from the airport fieldwork that we conducted last summer. I wanted to share a few photos of our new baby Taryn Susan who was born Tuesday, December 8th at 5:43AM. She was 6lbs 14 oz, despite being 10 days past her due date. She is healthy and we are getting into much more of a routine (sleeping, eating, playing, etc.), which is GREAT for we parents! Thanks again to all of you Angoon residents who were so friendly and welcoming to me and our crews while we visited your community during the summer of 2009. Also, thanks for your supportive thoughts that I know you were sending to my family for Taryn to be born healthy and strong.
